Returns Policy

Changed your mind? We get it—sometimes love at first sight doesn't last. We offer easy returns and exchanges with the following guidelines:

Returns for Online Purchases

In-Store Returns: You may return your online purchase at our Langley location in exchange for a gift card or salon credit. The return must be made within 7 days of delivery and the product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in unused, undamaged condition.

Returns by Mail: If you prefer to return your items by mail, you may receive a refund to your original method of payment (excluding shipping fees). To be eligible for a refund, the returned item(s) must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery, and you must return it in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, particular items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
Items such as, but not limited to: lymphatic dry brushes, exfoliating gloves, masks, cuticle pen, brow and lash serum, hair serum and others.

How to Return an Item by Mail

1. Email Us:

Contact our team at orders@dolcelounge.ca with your order number and a brief description of why you're returning the item(s). Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days (Fridays & Saturdays, 9AM - 5PM).

2. Return Approval: 

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that approval is subject to the condition of the product upon receipt.

3. Ship the Item Back: 

Return the approved item(s) to the following address:

Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

4. Inspection and Refund:  

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items. If they meet the return requirements (unopened, unused, undamaged), we will process your refund to the original payment method.

5. Gift Purchases:

If the item was purchased as a gift, please reach out to us with the gift receipt. We’ll review the original purchase and offer either an exchange or a digital gift card for use in-store or online.

Returning Items In-Store

You may return your online purchase at our Langley location in exchange for a gift card or salon credit. The return must be made within 7 days of delivery and the product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in unused, undamaged condition.

Please bring your valid photo ID and the original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

If the item was a gift, contact us beforehand at orders@dolcelounge.ca to arrange an exchange or digital gift card.

Important Notes

Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging, unused, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse or adjust any return that does not meet these conditions.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for in-store exchanges and mail returns from the date of delivery.
