Payment
Full Payment Required: Payment is due at the time of order. If payment is not received or is declined, the order will not be processed, and no items will be shipped.
Accepted Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Currently, gift cards are only valid for in-store salon experiences, not online purchases.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before work begins or payment is processed, whichever comes first. After payment or order processing, the buyer is responsible for the full amount if the order is cancelled.
Feedback
For any issues with your order or products, please reach out to our team at orders@dolcelounge.ca. We’ll work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Legal Liability
Health & Safety: Once goods are received, the seller is not responsible for any health or safety issues resulting from their use.
Governing Law: Any disputes related to this website or its use are governed by the laws of the site owner's jurisdiction.
Refunds
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, and will be issued to the card used at checkout. If you haven’t received your refund after approval, it may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your credit card provider.
