Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer a variety of delivery methods to suit your needs:

  1. Canada Post
  2. Lounge Pick-Up
  3. Local Delivery

Order Processing

Order Processing Time: Orders placed on weekdays (Tuesday–Friday) and weekends (Saturday–Sunday) will be processed within 48 hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may require an additional 24 hours for processing.

Pick-Up at Dolce Lounge: If you choose to pick up your order in person at Dolce Lounge, we will contact you with details about when your order will be ready and there is no charge.

Pick-up Hours: Fridays 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Saturdays 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM 

Local Delivery

Free Local Delivery: If you're within 30 km of Dolce Lounge, local delivery is free of charge.

Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries occur on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.

Long-Distance Delivery: For areas beyond 30 km, a local delivery fee may apply. Standard shipping rates from Canada Post will also apply based on package size, weight, and delivery distance.

Canada Post Shipping Rates

We currently ship to all Canadian addresses, excluding P.O. Boxes. Delivery options include:

Regular Parcel Post: Estimated delivery in 4–7 business days after processing. Shipping rates depend on your address and the size/weight of the package.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after processing. Shipping rates depend on your address and the size/weight of the package.

Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days after processing. Shipping rates depend on your address and the size/weight of the package.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors like weather, seasonality, or other circumstances. Orders do not require a signature upon delivery.

Tax Information

All applicable federal and provincial taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
